3) Data We Don’t Intentionally Access
We do not browse your personal files during service. If a wipe/reinstall or storage replacement is required, we will discuss backup options first. If you authorise a backup or clone, we copy data without reviewing your content except as needed to verify success (e.g., size or folder counts, limited spot checks).
